The conditions that govern use of this website and participation in Index Beaconcore educational sessions.
Acceptance and scope
By using this website or confirming a session, you accept these terms. Index Beaconcore supplies educational technical analysis training. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage, trade execution or account management.
Bookings and participant duties
A booking exists only after we confirm the date, scope, fee and payment arrangement in writing. You must provide accurate contact details, arrive prepared and avoid recording another participant without consent. Online participants are responsible for a suitable connection and lawful access to any chart data they share.
Educational risk
Examples may use historical or delayed prices. Support and resistance are interpretive concepts; no method assures accuracy or profit. You remain solely responsible for trading and investment decisions. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
Intellectual property
Index Beaconcore retains rights in its worksheets, chart packs, written lessons, site design and original text. A paid participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. Reproduction, resale, public teaching or commercial distribution requires written permission. Your own charts remain yours.
Acceptable website use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or copy content at scale. We may restrict access where necessary to protect participants or the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Index Beaconcore is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, market-data errors or indirect loss resulting from reliance on educational material. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
Changes and termination
We may update content, session formats or these terms. The terms sent with a confirmed booking govern that engagement. Either party may cancel under the refund policy. Serious misconduct may end a session without refund where proportionate and lawful.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact@index-beaconcore.click. Thai courts have jurisdiction where a dispute cannot be resolved.
