What Index Beaconcore collects, why it is needed, how long it is kept and the choices available to you.
Controller and information collected
Index Beaconcore, Level 11, 47 Asoke Road, Bangkok 10110, is the data controller. We collect information you submit, such as name, email, phone if provided, preferred session, date, message and booking correspondence. Session preparation may include charts you choose to send; remove account numbers, balances and other unnecessary identifiers.
Basic server logs may record IP address, device information, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliability. Optional analytics operate only after consent where implemented.
Purposes and legal bases
We use details to answer enquiries, prepare and deliver requested training, issue booking records, meet legal duties, secure the site and resolve complaints. Depending on context, processing is necessary to take steps toward or perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate security interests, or act on consent.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking, payment and tax records may be retained for up to 10 years where Thai law requires. Training preparation charts are deleted within 90 days after the session unless you request earlier deletion or agree to a longer review period. Security logs are normally retained for 90 days.
Sharing and international transfers
We share only what is necessary with hosting, email, accounting and video-call providers under appropriate obligations, or with authorities where law requires. Some providers may process data outside Thailand. We use contractual safeguards and assess destination protections where required.
We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
